About

I'm Dakota Mivshek, a licensed real estate sales associate with Pinnacle Realty Advisors. I've lived in Midtown and Edgewater for more than five years, across several different buildings, and today I live with my fiancé in The Cortland in Midtown.

What "NoDo" means

NoDo is short for North of Downtown: Edgewater, Midtown, Wynwood, the Design District and Buena Vista/MiMo. It's where I live, walk, eat and work — and in my opinion it's the most exciting part of Miami to rent an apartment or buy a pre-construction condo.

Why I focus on one area

I keep my focus small so I can know the buildings well: which ones have specials right now, how management responds, which floor plans are worth it, and what the walk to the grocery store is actually like.

Renters

I help you build an honest shortlist, schedule tours around you, and handle the application and lease review. At participating buildings, you also get cash back when you lease through me.

Pre-construction buyers

New towers are going up all over NoDo. I help you compare projects, understand deposit schedules and rental policies, and register you before your first sales-gallery visit so you have your own representation — the developer's sales team works for the developer.
