Cash-back terms

1. Participating buildings only. The rebate applies only when you sign a lease at a building that pays a broker commission to Pinnacle Realty Advisors. Not all buildings participate. Ask before you tour.
2. Register first. You must contact me before your first visit, tour or application at the building. If you have already toured or applied on your own, the building may not recognize me as your agent and the rebate will not apply.
3. Amount. The cash-back amount is confirmed with you in writing for the participating building before you register. No fixed amount is promised on this site.
4. When it is paid. The rebate is paid only after the building has paid the broker commission in full to Pinnacle Realty Advisors, typically within 30 days of that payment.
5. Who receives it. The rebate is paid to a tenant named on the lease. One rebate per lease.
6. Lease must close. If the lease is cancelled, rescinded, or the commission is reversed, no rebate is owed.
7. Changes. These terms may change at any time; the terms in effect when you register apply.
8. Taxes. You are responsible for any tax consequences of receiving the rebate.
