I'm a Midtown resident and licensed real estate professional with Pinnacle Realty Advisors. I help renters find the right building — with cash back from me when you lease at a participating building — and help buyers get in early on pre-construction condos.
“I've lived in Midtown / Edgewater for 5+ years now across several different buildings. Nowadays, I live with my fiancé in The Cortland and in my opinion, North of Downtown (NoDo) is the most exciting part of Miami to rent an apartment or buy a pre-construction condo. Between the amount of construction occurring, access to other parts of Miami, and the walkability, it doesn't get any better. NoDo>Brickell is a hill I'll die on.”

My take · NoDo vs. Brickell
NoDo > Brickell is a hill I'll die on.
Both are great parts of Miami. Here's why I keep choosing north of downtown.
NoDoBrickell
Getting around
NoDoQuick access to I-195, I-95 and the beaches via the Julia Tuttle and Venetian
BrickellBridges and the Brickell Avenue corridor back up at rush hour
Green space & walkability
NoDoMargaret Pace Park, the bay walk and Midtown's walkable blocks
BrickellDense, tower-to-tower streets with the Brickell bay walk
Buildings
NoDoA wave of newer rentals and pre-construction launches
BrickellEstablished tower inventory, much of it older
Everyday feel
NoDoWynwood art, Design District shops and neighborhood restaurants
BrickellFinancial-district energy and big-name nightlife
Biased because I live here, but it's the best down-the-middle option for value and price.

A branded residence in the Midtown core — rare for a neighborhood that's mostly rentals. Worth registering early if you want Midtown walkability as an owner.

Midtown location
Hospitality brand
